Canterbury City Council, a district council situated in the heart of the Garden of England, has recently brought its Housing services back in house.
We are now looking to recruit a Works Coordinator to join our busy repairs and maintenance team. This is an exciting position for an enthusiastic person to join the team who will have the interests of our tenants at heart and help manage works delivery to our circa 5000 property portfolio.
The role we are seeking to fill is for a Works Coordinator (Maintenance & Repairs)
We are looking for a qualified and experienced person with a can do attitude and who is experienced with all aspects of office IT. Applicants should be self motivated, customer focused and organised to help drive, support and deliver a first class maintenance service.
