The Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury is one of this country’s most successful large-scale independent theatres, with a 1,200-seat Main House, a 150-seat Studio and The Marlowe Kit, home to our thriving Youth Company.
We present a year-round programme of touring theatre, musicals, dance, opera, music and comedy.
We also produce theatre for and with the communities of Kent and support regional artists and theatre-makers. Our mission is to be the engine house for the performing arts in our region and to shape the spirit of Kent.
We are looking for an exceptional manager to join us as Head of Operations.
This new senior management position will lead our customer service and building service operations and will drive our ambitions to reduce our environmental impact through the theatre’s operations.
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring team leader, entrepreneurial and a strategic thinker.
