White Cliffs Countryside Partnership
The White Cliffs Countryside Partnership (WCCP) was created to care for the special landscapes and wildlife of the Dover and Folkestone and Hythe districts, and to help people enjoy them. WCCP is currently looking for a Ranger to join a great team and make a real difference to the special landscape and communities of the Dover area, the Heritage Coasts of which have recently been voted the fourth best region to visit in the world in 2022 by Lonely Planet.
Working closely with partner organisations, you will work within the Dover Ranger team to assist with the management of a range of nature reserves across the district, taking a lead role in the management of High Meadow and Whinless Down Local Nature Reserves. You will develop and lead a range of volunteer and public engagement events, promoting safe and welcoming access for members of the public, helping to implement the aims and objectives of WCCP.
