Thanet District Council (TDC) are looking for an experienced Decarbonisation Surveyor who is knowledgeable with funding streams such as Salix to lead and advise on smarter energy solutions across the council’s commercial and operational portfolios.
Everywhere we look, we have projects to complete and work to do. We have nearly £100m of funding - Levelling up, Margate Town Deal, Ramsgate Port and Harbour, together with the Winter Gardens, Turner Contemporary Gallery and Dreamland.
Thanet District Council is on the up and over the last year we have sorted out some issues so this is an exciting opportunity to join the council and the Estates department which is expanding and growing.
