We are now looking to recruit a works inspector to join our busy Capital and Planned works team, this is an exciting position for an enthusiastic professional to join the team who will have the interests of our tenants at heart and help manage works delivery to our circa 5000 property portfolio.
The role we are seeking to fill is for a Inspector (Programmed works)
What we are looking for is a qualified and experienced professional, well versed in current best practice, who can find innovative answers to a range of issues and have a strong track record of delivery.
