About this Level 3 Cases Services Officer job:Here’s what you’ll be doing:• You will support the Team Leader with the day-to-day delivery of case management for a wide range of services. Details of the areas that the team cover can be found in the Service Level Activities under Neighbourhood Management/Tenancy and Asset Technical Support.• You will be responsible for helping the wider team with some of the more complex and contentious cases together with investigating complaints.• You will provide ongoing help, training and coaching to existing staff todevelop their skills, together with training and mentoring new starters.• You will be assisting with creating a portfolio of Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) and updating as processes evolve.• Ability to listen, probe and question processes and procedures to gain athorough understanding to scope SOPs and in turn look for efficiencies in delivery.• Ongoing development of the team so that we have resilience across the service and to identify ways to implement and improve processes and service delivery.• Encourage knowledge sharing across team members• Ability to work with a degree of autonomy as well as being an effective team player.
Working pattern:• You will be working a 37-hour week Monday to Friday, excluding bankholidays. You will need to be able to work from 9am to 5pm.• Our team is hybrid therefore we are required to go into the office and work together with working from home.• The role is a permanent role.
